Student Codes & Standards
The Cecil College community expects all “Cecil Citizens” to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward themselves, faculty, staff and other students. As in any community, there are rights and responsibilities that all students must abide by.
Students have the right to free speech, expression, assembly and association. Students have the responsibility to abide by the Student Code of Conduct. Students have the right to utilize Cecil College resources while registered for classes. Students have the responsibility to assist in maintaining the resources and facilities for all to use.
