Cecil College is a comprehensive, open-admission, learner-centered institution.
The College provides career, transfer, and continuing education coursework and programs that
anticipate and meet the dynamic intellectual, cultural and, economic development challenges
of Cecil County and the surrounding region. Through support services and a technologically
enriched learning environment, the College strives to empower each learner with skills,
knowledge, and values needed for college preparation, transfer to four-year institutions,
workforce entry or advancement, and personal enrichment. Further, Cecil College
promotes an appreciation of cultural diversity, social responsibility, and academic excellence.
