Cecil College's Mid-Atlantic Transportation & Logistics Institute (MATLI) provides the transportation and logistics industry with highly trained employees to serve in a profession that is crucial to global economy.

MATLI provides graduates with professional development, certifications, and degrees that are in high demand. Specialized courses are taught by experienced instructors using state-of-the-art, hands on equipment.

Our new aviation program, offered in conjunction with The Community College of Baltimore County, Catonsville Campus, will afford students the opportunity to receive one of three certificates or degrees in this exciting new field while taking most classes at Cecil Community College or Cecil County Airport.
