Qigong refers to a wide variety of traditional exercises that involve methods of accumulating, circulating, and working with qi, or energy within the body. You will enjoy the benefits of these "breath" exercises such as lower blood pressure & pulse rate, increased strength, mobility & flexibility, improved balance & digestion, increased energy and a calmer mind. Join instructor Ray Martinez and learn how to improve your health both inside and out. Notes: No prior experience needed. No senior tuition waiver for this course.
