Wilmington College Dual Admission
Cecil College and Wilmington College offer a Dual Admission program for students who enroll in Cecil College and Wilmington College articulated programs. Students that complete an Associates of Arts (AA) or Associates of Science (AS) at Cecil College will be guaranteed admission into a bachelor's degree program at Wilmington College on the condition that they:
- Complete a Dual Admission Intent form
- Graduate Cecil College with a minimum GPA of 2.0
- Enroll at Wilmington College within one year of graduation from CCC
- Do not attend another college/university between the time they graduate from CCC and enroll at Wilmington College
- Comply with the enrollment and financial aid deadlines set by Wilmington College
Wilmington College will:
- Waive the $25 admission application fee
- Send out an acceptance letter once official transcripts from CCC are received and Wilmington College application is submitted to the Wilmington College's Office of Admissions
- Award annual scholarships to students selected by CCC
- Provide dual admission students access to early course registration
- Provide CCC students access to academic counseling services, college library, and participation in student activities (not including sports teams due to certain NCAA requirements)
