Cecil College participates in the Federal Work-Study Program which enables eligible students to find on-campus and off-campus employment. Students are awarded Federal Work-Study based on their financial need, funding levels and job availability.
The Federal Work-Study Program provides valuable work experiences to students. Federal Work-Study students are expected to be responsible, dependable and conscientious.
Cecil College determines student eligibility based on the following information:
- Students must have documented financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- Students must be enrolled at least half-time (6) credits per semester, or accepted for enrollment on at least a half-time basis.
- Students must be in good academic standing and make satisfactory progress to maintain eligibility.
