Follow these steps to register for this online program:

  1. Ensure you have the right technology for this online program.
    • To be a successful online student, you need consistent and unlimited computer and internet access. Due to incompatibility with our eLearning platform, we do not recommend using Chromebooks for online courses. At a minimum, you will need a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer), a reliable internet connection, and access to word processing software.
    • To access Office 365 apps, go to office365.com and log in with your Cecil College email and password that will be emailed to you after you register. Once logged in, click on Install Office.
  2. Are you currently working with a company in the pest management field? If yes, skip to step 4. If not, go to step 3.
  3. If you are not working in the pest management industry, you must arrange for a pest management company to serve as your ride-along site for the externship portion of your program. Research and contact local companies and ask them if they will participate. Please reach out to Amanda at apringle@nullcecil.edu if you need assistance.
  4. When you identify the company that will serve as your externship site, please email their contact information (including name, email, and phone number) to apringle@nullcecil.edu. All externship sites must be approved before you complete any hours.
  5. Register for the program. You may register for the program only when you receive confirmation from Cecil College. When your externship site is approved, you will be sent an email with information on how to register.
