Frequently Asked Questions

What is the First Day® Complete program?

First Day® Complete is a course material model that may lower the cost of materials for students and ensures students have access to all of their required course materials on or before the first day of class. Through this new program, physical books will be conveniently packaged and provided to students on a rental basis, and digital materials will be delivered via a printed instruction sheet contained within your course material packet that can be picked-up at the bookstore or shipped directly to you.

Costs will be included as a "First Day Complete" fee. This fee covers the costs of textbooks for the semester. Students have the option to opt-out of the program starting 30 days prior to the start of the semester. If students opt out, their account will be credited the fee amount.

At the end of the term, students will receive email reminders to return their physical course materials to the bookstore.
