Cecil College celebrates Class of 2019

NORTH EAST, Md. – Cecil College celebrated the Class of 2019 by conferring 392 associate degrees and certificates upon 314 students who completed their academic requirements in December 2018 and May 2019. The 2019 Commencement Ceremony was held May 19 in the Physical Education Complex on the North East Campus.
