NORTH EAST, Md. – The Delmarva Power Corporation demonstrated its commitment to higher education by donating 100 laptop computer bags for distribution to Cecil College students this semester. This donation went hand-in-hand with Cecil College’s IT Technology Assistance Program, which provides laptop computers to students who lack access to computer technology. The computers were purchased through the Cecil College Foundation.
