Fall 2025 STEM Poster Showcase

STEM Poster Night

NORTH EAST, MD: Cecil College invites the community to experience the innovation and creativity of tomorrow’s scientific leaders during the Fall 2025 STEM Poster Showcase, taking place Friday, Dec. 5, from 3–5 p.m. in the second-floor lobby of the Engineering and Math Building on the North East Campus.

For more than 40 years, Cecil College has been at the forefront of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education, empowering students to explore solutions to real-world challenges. The bi-annual STEM Poster Showcase provides students with the opportunity to present their research, hypotheses, methods, and findings to peers, faculty, and community members in a professional, conference-style setting.

Attendees can expect to see a wide range of projects spanning fields such as bioproduction, biology, chemistry, and engineering. Each display represents months of research and experimentation, offering a glimpse into the cutting-edge work being conducted in Cecil College’s classrooms and laboratories.

Cecil College’s comprehensive STEM programs prepare graduates for dynamic careers in a multitude of fields. The College also offers flexible degree and certificate options with credential stacking opportunities for working professionals seeking career advancement.

The STEM Poster Showcase is free and open to the public. Community members, educators, and industry professionals are encouraged to attend, meet the student researchers, and witness firsthand the impressive innovation emerging from Cecil College.
