Solicitations
Cecil College will advertise/post solicitations for services and products in the local newspapers and here on this website. In order to view these solicitations as well as associated documents and instructions, vendors must first register with us.
Vendor Responsibilities
- Complete the vendor registration form.
- Download documents and/or instructions directly from our website. Information from other sources may be incorrect.
- Monitor the College's website for any posted amendments, addenda, or clarifications prior to submitting a bid or proposal.
- Mark the sealed bid/proposal according to the instructions.
- Submit the bid/proposal to the Purchasing Office prior to the scheduled deadline.
