Cecil College welcomes international students who have been granted permanent residence or similar status by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The application process for non-U.S. citizens wishing to study at Cecil College is distinct. Once the admissions application is submitted, the Director of Records & Registration works directly with students to verify visa status.

Apply online today. Paper applications are available online and at the North East Campus and Elkton Station. Once you’ve applied, contact the Director of Records and Registration at (443) 674-1892 or admissions@nullcecil.edu.
